Your Zodiac Guide to Wealthcare in 2021 (Pt.2) | Hugo

Ok, so we’ve covered the first 6 Zodiac animals in our part 1 of Zodiac guide to wealthcare. In this 2nd part of our fun writeup for Chinese “牛” Year 2021, we’re covering the rest in the zodiac today!

The Horse

If you are born in the Year of the Horse, your friends would likely describe you as animated, energetic and stubborn. Horses are steadfast in matters that are important to them and this pays off in their money management.

The Horse’s willpower can also translate to stubbornness a mile deep. When the Horse makes something their goal, they pursue it with all their being — almost like they have blinders on.

Wealthcare for Horses: You probably have quite the risk appetite when you are pursuing your financial goals, willing to do anything to get to the destination. Consider setting aside some finances to invest in safer investments such as gold to offset your riskier ventures.

The Goat

Those born in the Year of the Goat are calm and gentle, famous for their sympathetic and creative nature. People flock to you as their emotional safe harbour because your gentleness is soothing and safe. Your mind is also a flowing river of creative juices, relating to forms more than functions.

Generally, the Goat is not the most business-focused, instead excelling as artisans in careers that foster creativity and an artistic mindset. The Goat is a classic YOLO-er, preferring to ignore bank statements and budgets in favour of buying the things they want when they want them.

Wealthcare for Goats: Like their Dragon counterparts, the Goat can be easily exposed to financial vulnerabilities. When spending on the things you want, try to find opportunities to save — Hugo’s Roundup feature will be perfect!

The Monkey

The most common trait we see among those born in the Year of the Monkey is that they are sharp, smart and full of curiosity. They cannot resist the latest, hottest thing in town, unwilling to wait for the price to come down before satisfying their curiosity.

Be careful though, as much as curiosity is the downfall of the cat, it can put Monkeys in uncomfortable positions too! The world is moving fast, meaning there is always something for Monkeys to tinkle with and spend on.

Wealthcare for Monkeys: You don’t have to suppress your curiosity, in fact, revel in it! However, like Goats and Dragons, find ways to save while you spend and/or platforms that help you set aside finances for safe and stable investments.

The Rooster

Like real roosters that wake up early and fiercely defend their chicks from predators, those born in the Rooster’s year are known to be hardworking, observant and courageous. However, Roosters can also be boastful and even materialistic.

When it comes to finances, the Rooster is meticulous if unambitious. They chart their finances but they’re not exactly planning for the future – but hey, they are the early bird so things could change yet!

Wealthcare for Roosters: Roosters are hardworking and should make their money work harder. Set aside some time to plan where you want to be in your financial future. Budget a part of your finances to invest in long-term instruments that don’t need your constant attention.

The Dog

Ah, the Dog, Man’s bestest best friend. People born in the Year of the Dog are often lovely, honest and prudent. You are harmless and people love being around you as much as you around them. Your heart is for those whom you care and you’ll stop at nothing to achieve a common interest.

However, the Dog is prone to worrying and fussing over money to the point they sometimes struggle to have a good time. That can lead to some real “ruff” going. That said, the Dog is fiercely loyal and should tread carefully to avoid getting taken advantage of.

Wealthcare for Roosters: Don’t let anything stop you from caring for your loved ones. To help you help others, expand your abilities and your resources. Investing in a good balance of short- and long-term instruments can net you good returns while limiting your risk exposure.

The Pig

Our dear affectionate Pig is known for being compassionate, generous and diligent. The Pig was not so into winning the race but rather the enjoyment of it. People born in the Year of the Pig generally prefer to take things a little easier. Happy go lucky, indeed!

The Pig’s compassion and earnest personality can be his biggest strength or his biggest weakness. While these are both traits that make him trustworthy and can draw people to him, the Pig also needs to make sure he isn’t getting swindled at the market.

Wealthcare for Pig: Make best friends with Snakes or Dogs, whose shrewd and protective natures can spell a lot of good for your fortunes. Additionally, get onto trusted platforms to help give you a leg up at managing your own finances!

Happy New Year! Huat ah!
