Lucky Draw Program Terms and Conditions

The Hugosave x Klook Lucky Draw Program rewards you for completing “Quests”, which are a set of actions to be done as part of using the Hugosave app. This Program’s Terms and Conditions should be read in tandem with Hugosave’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder Supplement, Gold Metal Agreement and Quests Terms for a complete understanding. 

1. The Hugosave x Klook Lucky Draw Program (“Program”) is offered by Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd (“Hugosave”) and Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Partner”).
2. The Program is available to all Hugosave customers who are legal residents of Singapore, 18 years old and above, holding valid and current ID documents, with proof of residency in Singapore and a valid Singapore mobile number. 
3. You can participate in this Program and win a 3-night cruise to Penang (Port Klang) aboard Genting Dream Destination Cruises by Resorts World Cruise, Balcony Stateroom.
4. The Program shall commence on 10 August 2022 and end on 22 September 2022.
5. Upon confirmation of being named as a winner of the Hugosave x Klook Lucky Draw Program, the participant will have until 31 October 2022 to choose an available sail date from the dates that are provided by the Partner.  
6. If you are a New-to-Hugosave customer, you will have to complete all in-app Quests to qualify, namely:
   1. Opening a Hugosave Lite Account from 5 August 2022 to 22 August 2022;
   2. Progressing to Hugosave Plus+ Account;
   3. Activating your Hugosave Debit Card;
   4. Perform a gold buy of at least 50 Singapore Dollars;
   5. Completing a 14-Day Save-As-You-Spend card usage streak;
7. If you are an existing Hugosave customer, you will have to refer 3 friends from 5 August 2022 to 22 August 2022, and your referrals must open a Hugosave Plus+ Account to qualify. 
8. One chance will be allocated to you when you complete the Quests in (5) or (6). 
9. Each client is entitled to only ONE (1) chance per account in this campaign. 
10. All clients will continue to receive Spin the Wheel chances allocated under Hugosave Rewards-Quest Program and Hugosave Referral-Quest Program. 
11. Prizes may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Hugosave and Partner.
12. The Partner is not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this contest and/or the delivery of the prizes, and excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from the contest and/or the prizes.
13. Hugosave and Partner assume no responsibility for any loss, claim, damage or expenses arising or incurred in connection with this Program, from any late or non-notification, computation error, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, howsoever arising, without limitation, which may affect your eligibility to or receipt of the Rewards.
14. Hugosave and Partner may vary these Terms and Conditions of or suspend or terminate the Program at any time without any notice or liability to any party. 
15. Hugosave’s decision on all matters relating to this Program is final and binding. 
16. Notwithstanding anything herein, Hugosave has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Program.
17. Your consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Program and such other third party for the purpose of the Program and you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Hugosave Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Hugosave from time to time. 
18. Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
19. If you are not a party to these Terms and Conditions, you may not enforce any of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) and notwithstanding any terms herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation of the terms of the Program (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of the Program.
